At Labsmart, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying experience. This policy explains when and how refunds apply to our various plans and purchases.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your first half-yearly plan purchase made during an offer period, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. We’ll refund the entire amount after deducting payment gateway charges — no questions asked.
Note: This policy applies only to first-time purchases and does not cover renewals or plan upgrades.
For first-time customers who purchase a yearly plan during an offer period, a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, after deducting payment gateway charges. Refunds are not available after 7 days, regardless of how much the plan has been used.
Renewals and upgrades are not eligible for refunds.
We provide 100 free SMS credits so you can explore and test our SMS features. Once you decide to purchase additional SMS credits, those transactions are non-refundable.
You can try all add-ons with a 5-day free trial.
After the trial, if you decide to purchase an add-on, the payment becomes non-refundable.
In case of accidental or duplicate charges, we’ll issue a full refund.
Please contact us promptly if you notice any billing discrepancies so we can resolve them quickly.
If you choose to downgrade or cancel your plan, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No refunds or credits will be provided for unused time.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method and follow our payment processor’s standard processing time — usually 5 to 10 business days.
