Pathologist and lab technician signatures

You can easily upload signature images to Labsmart, which will appear in report PDFs. This is particularly helpful when sending reports online (via Email / SMS / WhatsApp) where there is no hard copy used and making a signature manually is not possible.

1. Visit letterhead and e-sign page in setup.
2. Upload signature images and update signature text by specifying technician and pathologist details.
3. Once the upload is done, signatures will appear in lab report PDF when you sign-off the report. Reports will be available with signature in two formats, with and without lab letterhead.
