Troubleshooting guide


  1. SSL connection issue

    Please ensure computer's clock is showing the correct time to avoid issues in SSL connection. If your computer is not able to hold the correct time after restart, consider changing battery of your system clock.

  2. Site connectivity issue

    To start with try accessing the site on - labsmart.app

    If you are still unable to connect normally, you should try accessing the site over VPN. Use the following steps:

    1. Download and install Opera - www.opera.com
    2. Press "Ctrl + Shift + N" to enter into private browsing mode
    3. Click on VPN near address bar and then turn it on

    Once VPN is turned on you should be able to access the site normally. First page load might be slow. Screenshot shown below:

  3. Error - "The change you wanted was rejected"

    The error will only occur when you are trying to submit a form.

    This error is most likely caused by your web browser or it's extension. Try changing your web browser or disable all the extensions.
